A blend of Shiraz and Mouvedre, this wine is quite aromatic with suggestion of fresh thyme and ripe pronounced plums. The palate is full but not dense. Fruit flavours show black cherries and round mocha characters and a ripe rich finish. With its soft tannins and understated oak this is signature silky Coriole. The Dancing Fig is modern and bright and works well with spicy moroccan lamb dishes in particular.
