One of Claire all time favourites, and that was before she spent a week with Ben Glaetzer, shooting the breeze, and beating him at poker. A lean and zippy blend, yet rich and mouthfilling, it's brilliant. The balance is just right with fresh pear and apricot, a touch of melon, peach and a squeeze of lime juice to ensure it stays fresh and zingy with a little richness. Can easily be supped on its own but great with white meats, fish dishes, and especially hot and spicy eastern dishes.
