There have been a handful of occasions in my life where I have tasted a wine and gone....."Oh my God".....this was one of them! A single vineyard Shiraz from 90 year old vines, it's one of Australia's iconic wines and it was awarded 97/100 by Robert Parker. This is a serious wine with incredible depth of character and intense flavours. Deep and rich characters of chocolate, coffee and black cherries. Gorgeous.
