Antonini and Antonio Morescalchi who make this wine now have a reputation as one of Mendozas top five Malbec producers. This wine has intense colour and fragrance with great depth on the palate dominated by a chocolate, mulberry character. The tannins are fine, the flavours pristine and the finish is long and finely balanced. It is not quite as gutsy as other Malbecs and has a lovely restrained elegance whilst retaining its style and flavours. A must with steak.
