This Chardonnay was produced by the Burgundy winemaker Jean Claude Boisset and it's such a beauty that if you closed your eyes you would think you're drinking a top end Rully. It's incredibly elegant with a lovely peachstone fruit flavour, a nice mineral edge and a subtle salty tang to it. The refined length goes on and on. Very tasty indeed
