We haven't tasted many Italian Chardonnays but were totally bowled over when we tasted this one. Elegant yet complex it is more like a Burgundy with its very feminine, subtle creaminess with fresh pineapple and peach on the palate. Everything is very well balanced but very present and if you were to buy a white burgundy for the same flavours you would be paying a lot more.
