This sauvignon comes from the smallest co-operative in France (well it was when we wrote this) and is a brilliant fresh crisp white. The nose alone is so zesty it makes your mouth water with lovely nettley grassy mineral aromas and the palate is very dry and citrussy but with a very faint creaminess. If you were after a Sancerre try this instead.
