If this was a white burgundy it would easily be a top end Meursault. As it goes, it's a little cheaper but every bit as good. 100% barrel fermentation has given this chardonnay bags of rich, toasty, nutty and delicious aromas with a gentle and elegant palate of creamy fruit and hints of cashew nut and toffee, all the while retaining its sartorial splendour as a very tasty wine indeed.
