Pronounced "Shuzow" this is a big red with a big attitude. Inky black in colour, deep aromas of spices, red berries, chocolate and a slight smokiness. It is a cacophony of deep and dark mouth filling flavours. A must with steak, herby stews or even spicy Indian food.
