This is a fabulous wine with very pronounced aromas of red fruit and light vanilla. The palate has full red fruit with hints of leather and spice, medium bodied, a good acidity, soft tannins and gentle oak on the finish. A great southern Italian red for sipping, rich first courses, meat or anything grilled.
