This is a Gin developed from a centuries old recipe blended from pure Northumbrian spring water and hedgerow botanicals including elderflower. The elderflower gives it a distinctive nose and a softer palate to the gin making it particularly suited to mixing with both softer tonics and subtle cocktails.
