You can see and almost taste the sea from this winery and that fresh, almost salty, vibrant character comes through in each of the few but excellent wines. This Pinot Noir is brilliant for Burgundy lovers with its smoky, minerally nose along with strawberry and cherry fruits. Once in the mouth it has a velvety texture with an abundance of ripe fruit and a great depth of flavour. This is drinking very well now and will carry on until 2017 easily.
