This Canadian sparkling wine has been made in the "method traditional" style using Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. However, it has had sweet Vidal Icewine added. The outcome is a delicious micro bubbled, tantalising expolsion of peachy, apricot and sweet honeyed aromas with a delicious sorbet style zesty palate. The finish has a zingy twist, perfect for those who dont like their bubbles too dry. This makes a brilliant aperitif, but also goes fantastic with smoked salmon, sushi, or even curries.
