You can see and almost taste the sea from this winery and that fresh, almost salty, vibrant character comes through in each of the few but excellent wines. This wine is outstanding and does have a very faint whiff of the sea. Overall it has beautiful aromatic and mineral notes of tropical fruit, grapefruit with luscious but light vanilla, a little fig and honey, and very elegant oak. A truly stunning wine.
