A very fine Albarino indeed with pronounced aromas of pear, peach, apricot and honeysuckle, while the palate is dry and juicy with apricot, peach, a little gentle spiciness and even a touch of rosewater. Always a great wine to go with goats cheese and goes very well with crab, mussels or even Dover Sole.
