This is a very serious Bordeaux. A perfect red to have with rich earthy game dishes or venison, or anything else wild and tasty, this is earthy and meaty in its own right with "bovril" aromas, good grippy tight tannins and a powerful fruit driven palate. Can easily lay down until 2015 too.
