We tried this at a recent tasting and were totally impressed by this beautiful Australian Sancerre. Looks like Jancis was too..... "I am told this is the most expensive Sauvignon Blanc in Australia but is always the first of these wines to sell out and i am not remotely surprised. The 2006 was also impressive. It's aromatic and minerally and reductively sulfidey but really exciting and tense. High up the Yarra Valley, this vineyard shared with Shelmerdine label is obviously relatively cool and full of character". 18/20, drink by 2010, Jancis Robinson, Purple Pages
