Zara is one of the nicest new world Viogniers we've tasted for a long time as it displays the usual dry stonefruit flavours but also has a rich and slightly honeyed aspect to it reminiscent of a dry Condrieu. Zara has these delicious floral aromas of jasmine, peach and apple blossom with a soft and ripe palate of apricot, peach, spices and honey, all with a long lingering finish. A fabulous wine to go well with seafood, meaty fish, white meats or spicy asian dishes.
