You can see and almost taste the sea from this winery and that fresh, almost salty, vibrant character comes through in each of the few but excellent wines. Intense as the sea, the mineral nature and complex aromas of this chardonnay recalls toasted almonds, dried fruit, and papaya blended with fine oak. Well structured and elegant on the palate with a deliciously long finish.
