You can see and almost taste the sea from this winery and that fresh, almost salty, vibrant character comes through in each of the few but excellent wines. A great and typical Sauvignon with all the usual citrus finesse expected but this has an added dimension of a touch of tropical mango aromas and a sea side minerality. Great with sea food, fish and goats cheese.
