Randall Graham is to the wine world what Kenny Everett was to the disc jockey world, a little off the wall, non conforming, but all the while producing brilliant work. Ca' del Solo is the frontier outpost biodynamic estate vineyard of Bonny Doon vineyard, dedicated to producing wines with a particular emphasis on the expression of terroir, or unique sense of place. The winemaking is generally hands off, respectful of the originality of the vineyard site.







Randall says......"This vintage expresses the beautiful crystalline mineral aspect of the Monterey County soils, bracing crisp citrus and great persistence on the palate. Perfect as an aperitif and wildly appropriate with Asian foods. Bright aromas of lemon blossom, ginger and sage remind one of the pilgrim journeys along the winding paths leading to Santiago de Compostela in Galicia. Citrus rind, wild herbs and green almond flavours continue this spanish interlude as this vintage finishes long, crisp and briny. Pairs beautifully with oysters, camaron en cazuela or any fresh bloomy rind goats or sheeps milk cheese."
