As promised our Fizz Fiesta is coming. Champagne front and centre, but we will also taste Franciacorta, Cremant, Prosecco and Cava. We will almost certainly add a red Fizz to complete our sparling expedition. Steve Day is our host for the evening and he is no stranger to the world of sparkling wine or indeed witty anecdotes about it or anything else.
