We got out of the habit of running the ‘how to’ classes, so we are reintroducing them this October. Steve Day will do the honours for us, appearing here for the second time in a month! Steve will present 8 wines for tasting and will use this to bring you up to speed with all the skills that are useful in really appreciating what is in a bottle of wine.
