Both convinced by the extraordinary potential of Languedoc-Roussillon wines, Laurent Calmel and Jérôme Joseph decided to set up their own wine trading company, focusing on wines from private cellars throughout the region. They meticulously select the grapes they vinify in their cellar before blending them until they combine the harvests of three different winemakers per wine.
Light yellow, golden reflections verging on green. The nose is subtle and delicate revealing notes of acacia flowers, white peach, mango, ripe lemon and anise. On the palate, the attack surprises with the balance of tannins, maturity and freshness. It is a dynamic palate with a Mediterranean aromatics of dill, mint and anise and flavours of peach, apricot, elderflower and a hint of liquorice.
