Terre More is made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes, with small quantities of Merlot and Syrah.
Elegant and intense, it has a modern flavour without losing its connection to the territory it represents.
Terre More has a beautifully intense and radiant ruby-red colour. The nose reveals intense fruity notes of berries and cherry, as well as light hints of plum. After these, Mediterranean hints and delicate tertiary notes of vanilla and lightly toasted coffee emerge. The tannins are velvety-smooth. It is delightfully fresh and soft when tasted. The finish is long and persistent.
The grapes were carefully harvested and delivered to the cellar. Afterwards, they were de-stemmed and mashed in steel tanks. Fermentation took place at controlled temperature. The wine was then aged in second and third-passage French oak barriques. The subsequent bottle-ageing period enabled the wine to develop balance and fulfil every ounce of its potential.
