The viognier vines are planted in the mountainous part of the Coteaux de l’Ardèche. Located to the west of the Rhône Valley, the Coteaux de l’Ardèche is known for its long and warm growing season. The altitude here ensures that the grapes ripen slowly and retain excellent, refreshing levels of acidity.
