The Collioure vineyard is located in Roussillon in the far South of France, near the Spanish border, between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean. Vines are planted on schist slopes, stretching from the inland valley up to terraces overlooking the sea.
Grapes are directly pressed. Fermentation at very low temperature. Aging on fine lees before bottling.
Pale rosé, showing aromas of fresh red fruit, blackcurrant and mild spices. The mouth is ample, crisp and juicy, with a long fresh finish.
