Utterly delightful refreshing and fruity sparkling wine, made from Mauzac and Chardonnay grapes, undergoes a traditional second fermentation in bottle and spend 12 months maturing before it is released.
The nose offers ripe green apple aromas with hints of honeysuckle. The mousse is delicate and fine, and the touch of natural sweetness is carried beautifully by delicious natural acidity.

There’s a nice story behind the Amélie label, as depicted on the back of the bottle by her dad, Boris Kovac… ‘One day while I was tasting wines from barrels, when my daughter Amélie was just 4 years old, she showed me a drawing she had done on the back of my tasting notes… these pretty flowers. I was inspired to create a label for my wines, characterised by their freshness and elegance.’
