Wild Earth founder Quintin Quider is an expatriate Californian who has spent many years living on the South Island. He has gathered a small, dedicated team to produce his Wild Earth range in Central Otago.
A brilliant off dry Riesling perched somewhere between the Clare Valley in Australia and the German Mosel. Limey with hints of grapefruit, a little residual sugar and a distinctly “medium” style. Excellent balance and a lovely zingy, fresh acidity.
